- Through my years of experience as a CAD Manager, Coordinator, Trainer, and Certified Drafter, I have been considered a “Drafting/CAD Guru”. I am a person that is a dynamic, resourceful and motivating leader, successful in training, developing, and coaching team members to achieve efficient and effective practices within the department. My ability to build consensus and trust between departments and across functional and organizational lines creates the opportunity to achieve mutual goals for all. I am presently seeking opportunities as a CAD Manger, Senior Drafter primarily in the Plumbing, Piping, Structural and Architectural disciplines.
